My client asked me to make her a cake for her Thanksgiving dinner and told me to surprise her...so this is what I decided to do :) Red velvet cake with pumpkin cake "dressing". I used coconut flakes that I coloured green for seasoning in the dressing.
This red velvet Volkswagen Bug was the cutting cake for the couples cupcake display. I had sooo much fun making this :)
I collaborated with a florist an hour away to bring this beauty together....I think we pulled it off :)

We were requested to make this for the 55th birthday of an aviation enthusiast. Upon delivery we added an edible replica of th birthday boys plane...but I forgot to take a picture of it :(

One of our favourite clients had a milestone birthday this past summer. Her husband had his secretary go through his credit card statements to find out where she gets all the family birthday cakes so he could surprise her! Now that is resourceful!!!
A client ordered this for her husband. Apparently he has the entire Louis Vuitton set! Everything on this cake is entirely edible :)
This was ordered for a 55th birthday of a huge Canucks fan. I loved making this :)
This was definitely a labor of love. We combined elements of the brides dress as well as her colour palette to create her wedding cake. She was beyond thrilled with the result :)
