My interpretation of Debbie Brown's enchanted tree. Made for my husbands birthday, banana cake with peanut butter filling, since he's an elvis fan. first time making a fondant covered cake, although i'm not sure it qualifies as actual fondant. i mixed marshmallow creme with powdered sugar and cocoa to modeling consistency, then did my best.

Zombie surf cake for a friends 8 year old zombie obsessed boy. Had a lot of trouble with this guy. Head is rkt covered in fondant, only used fondant 1x before, for something totally different. It was over 100degrees in my house while trying to decorate this guy. Lots of near disasters, but fun to make. Body is french vanilla cake, cookie dough filling, and bottom round is cookies and cream.
This is for a 4 year olds birthday. It was 80 degrees that day, but he wanted a ski cake. 4 year old demands: Must have snowflake on his hat and on his shirt.
