Super Mario Cake

I saw a photo of this cake online (theirs was better!), and fell in love with it! So when a customer asked for a Super Mario themed cake I was thrilled to have a chance to try my hand at it! The little boy loved it!

Sweet 16 Cake

This was a Sweet 16 cake for a girl who loves the beach, softball and handbags. The beach tier was Strawberry Lemonade cake, with strawberry flavored sugar tiles, and shells made from fondant, and "sand" from graham cracker crumbs. The middle tier was Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffle, and the purse cake was Vanilla Bean with Cherry filling. And a cute little Starbucks mocha frappucino cupcake. I took the photo before I put the straw in it. I had so much fun making this cake with all it's fun elements!

Wedding Cupcake Tower. Tuxedo Cupakes filled with Whipped Chocolate ganache and topped with Vanilla Bean buttercream, and White Velvet Cream cupcakes topped with Sucré Dolce House buttercream. The roses were made from sugar dough.
