Black And White Damask
Black, White and Red damask styled wedding cake. All in buttercream (except for the red MMF ribbon) Topper was made with hardened MMF and royal icing- I used a little plastic picture/plate holder for it....and the most time consuming part was the ONE little stencil I used- I might think about shelling out the big bucks for that wedding cake stencil set!! Also, this cake was inspired by a photo provided by the bride-not sure who made it though

Easter Cross
Easter cross. This cookie was inspired by an enamelware cross pendant I saw on the internet. I first topped off the cookie with white fondant, piped on the design with brown royal icing, once dried I painted the piping with wilton gold dust, then I mixed a combo of powdered sugar, corn syrup and a bit of water and colored it, then I 'plopped' on this glaze to the cookie and spread it into the nooks and crannies with a toothpick.......(this glaze mix takes at least 24-30 hours to airdry but remains nice and glossy looking) This cookie took FOREVER to make, but I have to say it was way fun to try out. Happy Easter Everyone!!

Tebowing Birthday
10? round cake for a girl who just loves Tim Tebow of the Denver broncos- lemme tell ya though, orange and royal blue is not the worlds greatest color combo- especially for a girly girl! I did what I could and I think she?ll be happy, her mother should be proud that she?s crushing on a praying football player and not on a certain Justin we all know ;)

Horse Birthday
8? round, 2 layer- BC iced and decorated except for the flowers and tappits?probably my least favorite cake I?ve made in a while, I just can?t get into horses, especially if they are supposed to be realistic looking and not cute like My Little Pony?s :D But alas, my small town is surrounded by ranchers and rodeo people so there ya go, lol.
