Casino Wedding Cake
The bride's color scheme was casino red and Baltimore Ravens purple. I was very concerned about the colors, but once I walked in the reception hall, it fit in so perfectly. We used an inspiration photo I found here on CC. Fondant diamonds on buttercream. Purple suits are candy molds, Playing cards are real, backed with packing tape and adhered with bc. Ribbon was coated in Crisco and secured with bc. Topper is a personalized Christmas ornament that the couple can keep.

Star Wars- The Musical!
Used design idea of others in the gallery. 6" and 8" black fondant with bc flames (red, yellow, and orange in same bag with leaf tip). Found Darth Vader candle on eBay. Using the idea of someone else in the galleries, I added the sound chip from a music card to the bottom of the cakeboard, so it plays the SW theme when you pull the tab.

Berry Basket Minus The Berries
I forgot to take a picture of the final product once it was filled with fruit. This was for a breakfast gathering, so I used a blueberry oat coffee cake recipe with WW flour and low sugar (rather healthy, actually) and torted with stabilized whipped cream. Hollowed out the middle and used stabilized whipping cream tinted with cocoa powder to do basketweave and rope border. Filled with berries before the party.

Flag Of Palestine
My first fondant cake. What a mess! Used both red Satin Ice and my own MFF colored black and green. They were both super sticky, and I ended up with cornstarch and crisco everywhere. It dried and cracked. Ugh. Sent it to work with hubby for a going away party for a co-worker returning to Palestine and no one cared about the fondant mess.

Sandcastle
This was more work than I thought it would be. The challenging part was figuring out how to transport it. Towers are "glued" with white chocolate, but I didn't include dowels in my original construction. Used cling wrap to secure during transport and used upside down 18 gallon storage container instead of cake box.
