Everything is edible except for Buzz and Woody. I made my own template for the head and foot board. I used some of the cake photos from here and the internet as a reference for the actual bed. Pillow and toy box are RKT covered with gum paste and fondant. TFL

I did this cake for my sons graduation. I really wanted to add a football since he is going to play college ball (hence the purple cake board). But I made the top tier an 8" instead of a 6" so I couldn't turn the tier at an angle and put the football where it needed to go. I was so bummed. I could have put little footballs around the top tier...
