This cake I made for last weekend. I was invited to demonstrate cakedecorating techniques during the biggest cake event in the Netherlands: ‘Taart & Trends’. I wanted to demonstrate and explain the ‘ins and outs’ of edible lace and used this cake as an example. Because I just delivered several classic cakes I now wanted to make a very glamorous, over the top, Bollywood style, cake.
Last week I make this lovely, rustic wedding cake with handmade succulents and fantasy flowers. The cake is red velvet filled with cherries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries.
Weddingcake designed by the bride herself. I found it really fantastic to make it! Filled with fresh strawberries, white chocolate cream and home made strawberryjam. On the side some macarons with chocolate and lemon frosted cakepops.
This weddingcake I made last week. Blue, silvered peonies and edible lace on the sides. Filled with raspberries, lemon frosting and home-made jam.
For 2 cool brothers I had the request to make a cake for their birthday. They really like BMX-biking and Vans clothing/shoes. When they picked up the cake they couldn’t believe that this was there birthday cake. They tried to take of the lit so they could see the real cake in stead of this shoebox…. Only a few ours later they believed it while their mom cut the cake :)
This cake was made for a winter themed wedding. The couple gave me some pictures for inspiration and I was free to work it out!
The girl ordered a cake for the 65h birthday of her music teacher. She send me a picture of the very special flute and told me the favoriet colors. Nice to work on!
On behalf of their 5th anniversery the local theatre has a big party and off course there’s cake! There where not many restricties but they wanted their logo, there own colours and I got 1 picture for inspiration.

Today no deliverystress but a celebration at our own place! Our daughter became 13 and I made this sweet table. Strong colors for a cool girl and thats why I added some cool pink! Cake is filled with fresh strawberries, jam and creamcheesefrosting. Cakepops are made out off vanillecake with a white chocolatefrosting Browniecupcakes wit pink white chocolatecream (otherwise it didn't fit in the colorscheme) Chocolate covered oreos
Chevroncake and a giant smashe cake for smashing The cake is filled with creamcheese, fresh strawberries and marmelade. Despite the terrible wheather conditions (high humidity) I'm satisfied about the result :)
I made this cake for a 16 year old girl who stayed for 6 months on Curacao. After these monthe she starts working at the Dutch Glamour. So I made the typical flower for Curaao, some magazines, the beach, some clothes and of course I added some pearlshine.
Vintage birdcage weddingcake. On the second layer I applied Cake Lace. Really fantastic! The humidity is quit high here in Holland and it work out great! Cake is filled with fresh raspberries, ganache, white chocolate cream and home made coulis of raspberries.
Ombre ruffled weddingcake in pink. Inside there's is also a color difference from white till pink. Ranunculus are made from rice paper.
The design of the cake is based on the wedding invitation. Really nice because the groom designed the invitation and ordered the cake as a surprise for his bride! She was very surprised about this romantic gesture! The came is filled with ganache, fresh strawberries, cream cheese and homemade marmelade.
Lisa always gives me a challenge for her birthday. This year she wanted a dog-themed-cake. Her family has a Berner Sennen Dog and I wanted to use the colors from the dog: black, white and brown that I turned into gold!

This weddingcake I made for a couple that has specific wishes for the outside and inside of their weddingcake. Purple was the themecolor and they wanted it also to be on the inside. The monkey on the back of the cake was a special symbol.
These cakepops are glutenfree and made of chocolatecake wit a frosting off Nutella. The female ;-)
For the 11th birthday of our daughter I made this Sweet Table with all kinds of treats like cakepops, cupcakes, the cake and macarons filled with raspberry coulis. Our daughter designed and I produced ;-)
