This cake I made for last weekend.

I was invited to demonstrate cakedecorating techniques during the biggest cake event in the Netherlands: ‘Taart & Trends’. I wanted to demonstrate and explain the ‘ins and outs’ of edible lace and used this cake as an example.

Because I just delivered several classic cakes I now wanted to make a very glamorous, over the top, Bollywood style, cake.
