done for my bff's grandson's birthday, used a kid's mask of war machine to copy from for details, bottom cake is 9"x13" dble layer choc fudge/choc fudge mousse filling, top is 1/2 ball cake partly carved and partly using fondant under fondant cover for definition, I'm happy with the way it turned out, pretty good resemblance of mask only tastier, lol
This was for a client throwing a baby shower for her daughter. After learning of our Anne Geddes themed topper for my granddaughter's christening our client decided she like that too. This 2 tiered cake is vanilla/vanilla mousse & strawberries for the bottom & choc zucchini cake/vanilla mousse for the top. Pinks & purples were the colours of choice, all details done with fondant except for topper which is made from gum paste, client was thrilled when she saw the cake.

This cake was ordered for a young lady's birthday by her boyfriend. He drew a pciture for us of how he wanted the cake to look. The cake is a 10" sq vanilla with buttercream filling. Details on the beach are made from gum paste. The palm trees are dowels wrapped with fondant/gum paste and the hammock is made from fabric. Brown sugar is used for the sand and piping gel for the water.

Made for Veronica turning 15, her family through her a big birthday party to celebrate and asked us to make her cake. They requested a 2 tier pink pillow cake with a blue shoe and this is what we came up with. They loved it when we dropped it off yesterday. Made this for Alyssa making her 1st communion. bottom tier is choc/vanilla mousse and top tier is lemon/lemon mousse. Precious Moments topper was supplied by client. bottom tier quilted with pink dragees, & we used a cross cookie cutter to make impressions in the fondant and dusted with baby pink edible powder, cala lilies and forget me knots are made with gumpaste. Alyssa and Mom loved the cake.

A friend's son asked for Handy Manny for his birthday and so we delivered. Cute this was his mom told him she couldn't find a Handy Manny cake only a princess cake, his face was priceless when he got to see his cake. Wished do come true. This double layer slab was vanilla cake with cookies & cream. Manny was transfer onto fondant covered slab and filled in with buttercream star tip. Tools were made from gum paste and painted with food colouring. Alesandro absolutely loved his cake. We got great reviews from mom & guests. TFL.
We were asked to do a cake for Hailey turning 3 who absolutely loves Max & Ruby. 2 tier cake is vanilla/strawberry cream filling & fresh strawberries. Max & Ruby are made from gum paste as are the candle holding gift boxes, all other details made from fondant. Inspiration for the design of this cake came from several diff sources. Thanks to all. I made this for my sister-in-laws 50th birthday. She loves shoes and purses and she absolutely loved the cake. Didn't want to cut it but finally gave in and said it tasted as good as it looked. The shoe box is a red velvet cake with cream cheese/Bailey's filling, the handbag is a vanilla/strawberry jam & cream cheese filling. The shoe was my 1st attempt at a shoe, I think turned out okay but need more practice, I had a little trouble with the heal. All in all not bad for my 1st. TFL.
