This cake was requested by our favourite restaurant who was holding a fund raising dinner/auction for the Heart & Stroke Foundation and it also happened to be the owners wife's birthday, bottom cake is 16x16" vanilla cake/vanilla mousse & fresh strawberries, heart is choc guinness cake/Bailey's cream cheese filling, rose are made from gumpaste; we rec'vd great reviews from the restaurant owner & guests
