Spongebob Cake
I made this for my daughter's birthday. Spongebob is made of three 12x12 cakes, cut in half and stacked. The hat, party curls, nose, arms and legs were made out of gumpaste and the rest of the details are fondant. His cake is made from the Wilton cupcake pan and I just printed the sign off the computer. This took a long time to make, but was a lot of fun!

Springtime Bunny
I finally decided to take the Wilton classes and it seems a bit too late. Apparently they changed the class structure a few months prior and don't teach a lot of the same things anymore. After taking the classes I think I would have learned a lot more if I had taken the older classes. Anyway, this is my final cake for course 1. It is a 9" four layer white cake with a bunny buttercream transfer.

Ring Around The Roses
My daughter was turning 4 during our big out of state move and her only request was that her cake was pink. What a relief to me because her requests are usually much more than that! With the cake supplies in boxes, I borrowed the few tips my Mom had and tried my hand at roses again, this being my second time. I still need work , but everyone else was impressed! ;) Chocolate 9" round with buttercream roses.

Cupcake Fun
Thank you to cinderella75! I saw her cake and loved everything about it and I had to give it a shot! I made this for my daughter's first birthday using the Wilton cupcake pan and a 14" pan for the bottom. The cupcake was white cake and the round was chocolate. The cupcakes on the side are real cupcakes cut in half and "glued" on with bittercream. All decorations are also piped in buttercream.

Baby Booty Cake
I made this for a family members baby shower. It was my first time using fondant and also my first time shaping cake. I was a bit nervous but I think overall it turned out ok. It is a 10" round chocolate cake and the baby booty was made with a small Pyrex bowl. The legs and feet were also cake, carved, shaped, then covered in fondant. The diaper pins were plastic decorations. Really fun to make!
