I decided to use the Wilton Peeps bunny mold to make a healthier Peep for my little ones. I made the Peep cake with an avocado, Garbanzo bean chocolate cake recipe I cam up with and dipped them in a bit of white chocolate bark and then dipped in Wilton pastel sugar. So fun and the kids love them! (Less sugar than the marshmallow counterpart as well) I used my mini doughnut mold to use up the leftover batter.
This is the first cake I made with my new Wilton Guitar Cake Pan. This cake was for my boyfriend. He loved it!
This was my first attempt at making a Day of the Dead cake. As you will see by the other photos, the drawing I created to make this pattern, I've re-use din future l Día de los Muertos cakes that I made.
