Hand painted fondant artwork
22 cupcakes - 8 make up the 'basket' at the bottom then 14 for the top "flowers". Just covered them in green frosting and stuck on my fondant flowers and piped some leaves. Basket weave with chocolate buttercream on the bottom and rope border for the 'handle'.

This was my entry in the OSSAS competition. It's the largest cake competition in the US, 2nd largest world wide. I received 3rd place in the Novelty category. The head and neck are Rice Crispy Treats, the body is cake. It's covered with modeling chocolate for the skin and a combo of modeling chocolate and fondant for the hair, clothes and necklace.
Fondant covered 6 inch tiers. Black BC for stencil.
