This was my first wedding cake ever (for my sister's wedding). Five tiers-all different flavors-top:chocolate/BC, tier 2: chocolate/mint, tier 3: white/strawberry, tier 4: chocolate/ganache, tier 5: white/BC. BC frosting and silk flowers that matched our bouquets and decor.

This is my son's birthday cake this year. He even helped with the airplane and clouds. It is a 9" round chocolate cake with creme de menthe filling, covered with chocolate chip mint ganache and MMF. Airplane and clouds are made with MMF mixed with cellulose-made to match the invitations. Cupcakes are chocolate chip coconut with coconut BC.
This is a 14" half white, half chocolate cake with a half ball chocolate cake on top with Indydebi's BC and a gross grain ribbon. Also served with two dozen strawberry cupcakes and one dozen chocolate with pink and black sprinkles.
I made this cake for the end of season party for my son's football team. It is the first time I've done a fondant cake and actually been happy with the results! I was so excited about it that I took the picture before the excess glue from the accents dried. Sorry about that! It was quite cute after that. White cake covered in MMF.

This cake is a lot of firsts for me-my first fondant cake, first time using IMBC, and first gumpaste flowers. All things considered, I am satisfied with it. My cousin wanted a cake similar to Bella's in New Moon only pink instead of green because that is how it is described in the book. Also in the movie fresh flowers are used but I wanted to try my hand at gumpaste plus it only talks about roses in the book so I wanted to add some roses. It is an 8" white and 6" strawberry covered and filled with IMBC and then covered in hand made fondant.
These cupcakes were made to match an Incredible Hulk cake that I made. All are chocolate fudge w/BC frosting. Fondant "H" with black coarse sugar.
6" round chocolate fudge cake. BC frosting w/all gumpaste/fondant accents. Mom had a Hulk figure she was going to put on the cake at the party. 9"-3 layer white cake-layer 1 & 3 are white with layer 2 colored pink. Minnie "hat" is half sports ball pan-strawberry cake. Fondant/gumpaste accents.
