This is my son's birthday cake this year. He even helped with the airplane and clouds. It is a 9" round chocolate cake with creme de menthe filling, covered with chocolate chip mint ganache and MMF. Airplane and clouds are made with MMF mixed with cellulose-made to match the invitations. Cupcakes are chocolate chip coconut with coconut BC.
