This is a 5 tier wedding cake for 225 people. Starting at the bottom it was Dark Chocolate w/ dk choc ganache and peanut butter icing, Rum cake w/ rum glaze and Vanilla bean buttercream,Strawberry w/ Vanilla bean, Hummingbird w/ Lemon curd, and finally Lemon w/ Raspberry. The cake has White ChocoPan fondant covering it. Everything else is Gumpaste (except the Z). And if you can believe it, the entire cake was ate. I was at the wedding .( I saw it ).Everybody loved it, which really makes you feel good when you are actually there to see peoples reactions.

This is a cake I done for the Co. Fair. They judge and then auction off for the 4-H fund. It won 1st place and brought the highest bid. Almost $300.00 .Everything is edible. The bird,nest and violets are gumpaste. The cake is covered in fondant and then painted with icing colors. The guy that bought it,then donated it to the kids in the barns to eat.
This is a cake I did for a reunion.Every thing is edible. They loved it.
