This is a 5 tier wedding cake for 225 people. Starting at the bottom it was Dark Chocolate w/ dk choc ganache and peanut butter icing, Rum cake w/ rum glaze and Vanilla bean buttercream,Strawberry w/ Vanilla bean, Hummingbird w/ Lemon curd, and finally Lemon w/ Raspberry. The cake has White ChocoPan fondant covering it. Everything else is Gumpaste (except the Z). And if you can believe it, the entire cake was ate. I was at the wedding .( I saw it ).Everybody loved it, which really makes you feel good when you are actually there to see peoples reactions.
