This is a better picture of the "Frog King" but one taken after the trip to the birthday party. It took a "fall from grace" and the crown broke. I could not fix it in time but they still loved it.
Made this cake for my niece's 4th birthday. The towers are hollow filled with marshmellows (as an extra treat). The cake is a strawberry cake with vannilla icing all covered in fondant. The princess is all gumpaste.

Was done for my cousin's little boy who turned 2. It is a vanilla cake covered with fondant. I cut the cake into perfect squares but when I put the icing on started to squash the cake out of form. Especially when I placed the green block on top. I tried to fix as best I could and also took the picture from the right angle. I fixed it with the little worms as I did not have a lot of time - I had to so 4 cakes in 4 day, which is alot for me!
Made this cake for a lady at work who found my engagement ring in the loo (where I forgot it). She put a notice up to ask the owner to phone and give a description of the ring and she promptly returned it to my. I am so grateful to her. Chocolate top and vanilla bottom covered in fondant. All edible decorations.
I made this cake for a friend om mine's daughter (who helps me with my little girl when my husband went overseas). It's for her 22nd birthday. The cake is chocolate covered in fondant with fondant decorations. All edible. It looks too busy but I could not stop myself once I started putting the decorations on - I made them in advance and had a lot to "play" with.
My dad just loves his horses and enjoy riding them. He lives in the Free State Province in South Africa and it is similar to Texas.
