First beach cake. The bride to be wanted a tropical beach cake. Decorated w/BC, used crushed graham crackers for sand. Palm trees, lounge chairs and fish are cookies w/RI. I made choc seashells and dusted them with luster dust. Huge hit at the bridal shower!
FBCT, full sheet cake, 1/2 choc 1/2 yellow butter. Fun to make and the birthday boy loved it!

My very first sculpted cake!! Decorated in BC with fondant feet and ears. I added little cookie bunnies. I found this bunny cake in Lindy Smith's book, great directions!
Decorated in RI. A lady sent me a pic of her camping gear and asked me to make cookies to match her gear along with animals and thank you hearts. Pictured is just some of the gear. I cut the boat and jeep shapes by hand and used a dinosaur cutter for the squirrel. I've since bought those cutters :)

Decorated in RI. These were birthday cookies for a HUGE golf fan. I've seen the golf bag design 100 times but now have a bunch of ideas on patterns, etc. Looking forward to making this again just to try out some original designs.

Decorated in RI. Someone asked for race cars for a Nascar fan. I should have paid attention to the key word "Nascar" since I managed to get the wrong car #'s with the colors. OOOPS!! For some reason my race cars always bake fat instead of sleak like the cutter, I'm puzzled!
All decorated with RI. Some of the designs need a bit of work. The carriages are my favorite but I tried piping some edging and it came out so sloppy. Never decorated the pregnant woman before (see no hands!). YIKES!
