It was a super last minute order, her mom called me Thursday night needed it for Friday! Light lemon sponge cake with fresh raspberry filling & Lemon buttercream. Torted for 3 layers of filling 6" high. Gumpaste Poppy petal attatched with BC.

This is a 10" bottom tier and 8" top tier covered with MMF .... MMF small dot flowers and Gumpaste Roses and leaves brushed with luster dust and steamed. Top tier is Carrot cake w/ french vanilla buttercream and bottom is Cherry chip w/french Vanilla buttercream. Border done with french Vanilla buttercream with a little strawberry jam mixed in... TFL
Bottom tier is a 10" round top tier is an 8" round covered in MMF .Decorations are also MMF. Bottom is Banana Nut with french vanilla cream filling iced with french vanilla buttercream, Top is Wasc with strawberry filling iced with french vanilla buttercream. It think I used too much filling cause the weight of the cakes caused some bulging..

I made this Raiders themed grooms cake for my friends wedding. 3 layer lemon sheet cake , lemon filling, the football is carved out of cake, the helmet is carved out of 5 8" rounds. Covered in MMF , grass is buttercream, stars small football, goal post and face guard are gumpaste. I made the Raiders emblems from buttercream (FBCT). TFL
