Congratulations! You're Married!
For a really great client of mine whose mother just got married. She told me to do whatever I wanted, so naturally I tried the new billowing technique. Definately took a while, but got easier as I went along. Very time consuming. Also showing off my new cake toy, a sterling silver stamp with my logo engraved in it. I plan to stamp most of my cakes in an inconspicuous spot, and this is how my first one turned out. Cake is a 9" round, carrot cake with cream cheese filling. Thanks for looking!!

A 14", 11", 8", 5. Carrot cake with cream cheese filling, and lemon flavours. Silver ribbon and "antique" brooches. Quilted effect on the fondant and fondant lace flowers made with a silicone mould. Thanks for looking!!
