Something Old, Something New
A 10", 7" WASC. A hand carved goose egg topper is accented with edible calla lillies. Piping detail and silver dragees on the front. The swan dividers belong to the bride's Grandmother who insisted they be used somehow on the cake. Kinda gives it an "old school" look, but still modern. I hope the bride (and her Grandmother!) will be pleased with the result.

Briar-Rose
A 9" cake carved on the top with a wave pattern. Thank you SO MUCH to kwebbeltje for the design inspiration. All fondant. Covered wire coming out the top. Large silver dragees for flower centers. Thanks for looking!! Edited to include: Yes, the birthday girls name is Briar-Rose. A beautiful name. The carving was done by making a 9" circle from paper and folding it into sections. I then scored it out on the cake. "Scooped out every 2nd section and put the cut out pieces on the uncut sections. I hope that make sense! Thanks to all who commented!!!!!!
