Barbie Silhouette. Chocolate cake with Oreo buttercream fill. the cake is iced entirely in Liz Marek's LMF. I LOVE working with this fondant and never dreamed it was so easy to make black and red and dark colors without wrecking my wrists! If you don't already use her recipe and are still buying the expensive stuff I highly recommend you check out her website and try her recipe. It's delicious, it's pliable, it can be rolled paper thin and still not rip or tear!

Made this Purse cake for my sisters birthday. First time doing a Purse but I really enjoyed it and love the way it turned out. The only thinkg I would have done differently in hind sight is not add the roses to the purse itself. Maybe have them beside the cake or something. Other than that, love it :)

Top tier is Marble cake with chocolate buttercream filling and the bottom tier is Chocolate and White checkered cake with Chocolate buttercream filling. Buttercream covered and surrounded by white and dark chocolate cigarellos. Made for my husband's 45th Birthday. It was a huge hit. I used a pillar candle holder to seperate the cakes and it worked amazing!

Top tier is Carrot cake filled with Cream Cheese icing, the middle tier is Chocolate cake filled with Chocolate Mousse and the bottom tier is White cake filled with Vanilla Mousse. Covered in white Fondant with black and white buttercream drop strings. My very first time doing drop strings and it was a nerve wracking experience! Love how it turned out but glad it's done :)

Strawberry cake with Vanilla buttercream filing, covered in Fondant. The cake represents Bella's choice between Edward and Jacob. I brushed pearl sheen on the white side to represent how Edward sparkles in the sun and the Piano is because he composes music. The greenery and flowers around the outside edge are for Edwards Meadow that he only shares with Bella. The Jacob side is pretty self explanitory, Jacob in his wolf form, standing on the cliffs, baying at the moon. The outside edge of the black side is trees for the forest Jacob spends his time in.

Marble cake with vanilla buttercream and fresh strawberries filling. Vanilla buttercream and Rhonda's Ultimate MMF with Satin Ice Fondant for the red horse.
