I made these following Sharon's (sugarshack) directions--I love them! This little guy--something about him made me feel he needed a goatee. Now he looks like he's in a band or something.
This is a copy of alimonkey's "Pink Daisies and Ganache" cake--so simple and fun! The birthday girl was very pleased with it. White cake with raspberry mousse, chocolate cake with cookies n' cream filling, vanilla buttercream, chocolate glaze and gumpaste daisies. Ignore the messy counter, I was rushing to the party, ok? :-D

I decided pretty quickly that I was not making all those blasted roses. I like the lilies better, anyway.
These are my absolute favorites! They are graham cracker cake with a graham cracker crust, filled with marshmallow fluff and topped with ganache and a toasted homemade marshmallow. My nephew calls them "chocolate chip cookies."
