(7) 6 inch round layers stacked. Cake is leaning a little even with 3 dowels in the middle. Also, cake is more pink than red....boo hoo. I sprayed it with red luster and thought if I used pearl over that it would be more metallic....well, now I have a pink coke can.

This is a hummingbird cupcake with cream cheese frosting. The flower topper is made from a partially dried pineapple slice.
This design was brought to me and asked to recreate. Top tier is vanilla cake with strawberry filling. Bottom is vanilla cake with french vanilla buttercream.
This design was copied from a flickr member. Her buttercream smoothing is superior to my own. I have asked her how to get the sharp edges but she will not reply.

This cake had to repaired due to a wreck when delivering. I knew better than to set it on the car seat. I had to slam on brakes as a car about 10 cars ahead hit the guardrail. The cake hit the floor and split. Most of the deco had to be repaired.
