I made this one for my sister, she requested red velvet, chocolate and white wedding cake with buttercream icing. The top is a combination of all 3 to surprise them on their anniversary :)

The story behind this cake is a manager that has long since retired from our company used to buy 2 tacos for employees that left the company as their going away luncheon. I asked Paul what he would like for his retirement luncheon and he responded 2 tacos and laughed. I can't wait to see his face!! The former manager will also be in attendance so hopefully his feelings won't be too hurt :) The cake is chocolate with choc buttercream under the green coconut lettuce, fondant cheese, jellied candy fruit tomatoes, buttercream sour cream and piping gel taco sauce all wrapped up in fondant taco shells with cookie crumb accents :) Enjoy!! Cake flavors are strawberry, lemon, coconut and almond with cream cheese buttercream. The bride wanted the pillow design with elements from her decor and arranged like throw pillows. They were covered with fondant with fondant accents. The only things not edible were the feather tassels and the crown. My granddaughter requested a dog themed cake with her jack russell Molleigh on top :) Cake is vanilla with confetti pieces and buttercream icing. The dog, paws and the black dog collars are made of fondant. I wanted to make the buckle 3D but time was a factor so I painted them with Americolor silver sheen airbrush paint :) Thanks for l@@king :)

I made this for my daughter's wedding, she asked for her fav chocolate chip cake with ganache filling. The icing was pink buttercream and the accents are made of fondant.
