The story behind this cake is a manager that has long since retired from our company used to buy 2 tacos for employees that left the company as their going away luncheon. I asked Paul what he would like for his retirement luncheon and he responded 2 tacos and laughed. I can't wait to see his face!! The former manager will also be in attendance so hopefully his feelings won't be too hurt :) The cake is chocolate with choc buttercream under the green coconut lettuce, fondant cheese, jellied candy fruit tomatoes, buttercream sour cream and piping gel taco sauce all wrapped up in fondant taco shells with cookie crumb accents :) Enjoy!!
