Turkey Cake
This was made using the Wilton 3D duck pan. Frosted in buttercream. I had the same problem other's had - the "feathers" were too heavy and after a few hours the poor turkey's butt fell off! This year I'm going to try it again, but rolling out the fondant much thinner for the leaves. I think you can get the directions on Wiltons web site.

Winter Igloo
I did this cake a few weeks after I finished wilton classes. Buttercream frosting for all of it and used shimmer dust to make the igloo sparkle. Cake was chocolate with peppermint filling. At the time I made the igloo w/ just a mound of frosting but I think using the mini ball or sports ball pan would make it easier.

Pink & Black Swirl Cake
Pink buttercream cake with black buttercream swirls, black fondant leaves, and ribbon border. All three cakes were carrot with cream cheese frosting. This was my first wedding cake I did for a friends wedding for free ( i wanted the practice and didn't want her to worry if it didn't turn out quite right) Picture was taken at a weird angle, sorry.
