Winnie The Pooh Birthday Picnic First Birthday Cake
This is a Winnie the Pooh first birthday cake I did for my nephew's son. They wanted Winnie the Pooh. I decided to do a birthday picnic cake. I like the way it turned out. They loved it and so did everybody else. I had so much fun making all the pieces for it. I also made him a honey pot smash cake too. I love the little honey pot flowing into the honey falls with Pooh rafting down the falls. I love the picnic too. I thought it was a cute cake. Thanks for looking!

Pillow Cake Wreck Disaster
Here is a pillow cake (that's what it was supposed to be) that I was trying for the first time. I had always wanted to do one. What was I thinking??? I don't know. My family usually loves all my cakes, but when I showed this one to my husband, he asked, "What is it?". I showed it to my daughter in law and she had the same response, what is it? When my son saw it, he said, "What the heck is that supposed to be?" And my response to all was, I don't know, it was supposed to be a pillow cake. This one is a cake disaster for sure! Thanks so much for looking and laughing! We all did!

Gift Box Cake With Lid And Bow
Here is a gift box cake with a lid and a bow that I made for my sister in law's birthday. This is the first time I have done this type of cake and done a lid or a fondant bow. I know it is not great, but I thought it turned out pretty good for my first time. I was happy with and she loved it! Thanks for looking!

Pool Beach Cake Family Reunion
Here is a beach/pool cake I did for a family reunion. The name means "from a pool" so that's why I wanted a pool cake and the reunion was held at a state park with a beach and swimming area so I wanted a beach. It took me about two weeks, here and there, to make all the pieces. I would make them when I had time and made things as I thought of them. This is my first attempt at anything like this. This is the first time I have tried to make people or used fondant to make pieces. I didn't try to make the people real looking. I wanted them to be funny or comical. I know this is a "busy" cake with a lot of stuff, but that's how I wanted it. It was so much fun to make. It was also a blast to see the kids reaction to it and watching them as they decided what pieces they wanted to eat. My 3 year old grand daughter had to have the kid doing the cannonball, while another wanted the boy with the beach ball over his head. I took many, many pictures of this cake and all parts of it. I don't know how many I can post. I will try and do as many as I can so you can see all parts of it and close ups. My favorites are the picnic table and all the teeny tiny foods and the cannonball kid. I would like to thank everyone that I saw cakes of where I got ideas. I took a few different ideas I saw from several other cakes and combined them to come up with this. This cake was time consuming, but so much fun! You really should do one. Thanks so much for looking. I appreciate any comments, good or bad.

Grill Cake With Ribs, Pork Chops, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Chicken And Cheeseburger
This is the grill cake I did for my husband for Father's Day. The actual "grill" part was not what I had wanted, but had problems with the legs I made and it wouldn't hold so I ended up with this, but liked it in the end. I loved doing this and making all the foods. I also had cookies and cupcakes to go with the grill cake and cookout theme so please take a look at those too. Thanks for looking!

Here is the stuffed bell peppers cakes I just did. I had this bright idea while preparing my lunch. I had all the ingredients to make them. I did it in about 5 minutes. They were done before my food got heated. I think they look pretty good and better than the real ones. I have a picture of the two together, but can't post it here because it isn't allowed. I do think my CAKE one looks better than the real one though. Please let me know what you think. Thanks for looking!
