My first square cake. Somehow it was even harder to cover with fondant than a round one. I wanted it the cake to look somewhat like wrapping paper and chose a dragonfly cookie cutter to base the design on.

This was an 80th Birthday Cake for my aunt. WASC with Raspberry filling, and Italian Cream Cake with Bavarian Cream filling. I made this half way through Wilton Course I. Buttercream with fondant bow--my first attempt at fondant.
Chocolate graham crust, vanilla cheesecake, chocolate cheesecake, topped and decorated with chocolate ganache. This cheesecake raised $70 in a church auction.
This cheesecake sold at a church auction for $60.
