Princess Tiaras
CSM: I had an order for twins and they wanted purple and pink with tiaras and such. I made the tiaras and main topper with royal icing, as well as the lettering. I let the letters dry on parchment and placed them on last. Fondant stars and hearts on wires, the rest is buttercream icing. I loved making these- very fun! I topped them off with pixie dust and the sparkle was awesome! TFL!

2010 Mercedez Benz
CSM: my first car cake!! Go easy on me :) chocolate cake carved into a car using a really easy tutorial I found online. I know it's still a little shaky with quality, but I thought I would have many major issues with getting the wheels right in place and etc., and I was so excited to find it to be easier than I expected. I can't wait for another one to come around! :) Thanks for looking

Ossas 2009 Entry Seaside Carousel
This was my wedding entry for this year's OSSAS show. My first time doing a wedding entry- I learned alot from it. :) I did get a finalist ribbon and certificate for it, but more than anything- I saw some people who were just blown away by it and that's what means the most to me. :) Thanks for looking

White and chocolate cake covered in fondant with all fondant accents including the ribbon roses and swirls on top and some dragees for the points of the diamond cuts. Covered in luster dust for some sparkle.

Bad A?@ Baby
CSM: Yeah- the people who bought it actually named it that :) White and chocolate cakes with buttercream icing and a fondant baby plaque that I made from a picture that the daddy to be drew. Different than the normal booties and baby butts these days :) The only thing I didn't like was that they asked for an indent in the middle of the cake to show where the different cakes were. Thanks for looking

South Park Wedding
I love it when people come in wanting something playful for a wedding! Stan and Wendy (from south park cartoon) are rkt covered in fondant. Fondant ribbon with 3 rope borders. Flowers are royal icing. I know the pic looks like the top tier is unlevel, but it's a photo thing. I checked and re-checked it for a nice even top and sides. TFL
