All figures and accesories made from modelling fondant. Snow White asleep after eating very small apple on the ground. Bashful hiding under the sheets, Dopey hanging out and (l-r) Sneezy, Sleepy, Happy, Doc and Grumpy having a snooze.
Carved from a 10" square, covered in fondant. All extras are fondant, Cake board covered then pressed with a star nozzle to get the grass effect.
Made for a girl going to NY for her birthday (we're in Scotland so thats a good trip!). 8" round. Made skyline and signs from modelling paste and apple from fondant.
MAde this one for my niece. Going for a simple look so made Princess Peppa from modelling paste (including crown and wings) and gave it all a good spray with Silver lustre spray.

I was asked by a friend to do a Star Wars cake of my choosing so had a look through some cakes on here and thought I would give Yoda a go. I got some great inspiration from some fab cakes on this site and this was finished result. Surprisingly quick to do but very effective to look at!
Enjoyed this one a lot. Made from freehand modelling and layering the parts up to form her clothes. Flowerpaste stars inserted in wires and placed in flower pic.
Adapted from a cake I saw in a book. All fondant with gumpaste figure.
First shoe. Was a bit stressed beforehand but it was ok once I started. Ended up doing it all freehand from Gumpaste. Rest is all fondant.
I was given free reign on this cake and decided on a black and white colour scheme. I never plan anything in advance (very poor oranisation skills!)so the patterns were just trial and error! Stars made from modelling paste, all other coverings are sugarpaste.
Copied from photo of birthday mans first car. Loved it from the front but thought it looked a bit like postman pats van from the side as its a mini clubman edition. Carved from sponge cake and covered in fondant.
15" high pint of guinness. Covered in black fondant with whipped up buttercream for the head. Free hand guinness harp and sign.
First attempt at a lily for my first wedding cake. Was just a big day of 1sts'!!
First wedding cake I have attempted (agreed to do it as for one of my kids teachers). Pleased with finished result. Was also my first attempt at a sugarcraft Lily.
Figure from my second Elvis cake(first one is in my gallery). Loved these little guys, but this ones a bit fatter than the first one - but I guess that really happened!
