Pepperoni Pizza
My first pizza cake - it was a lot of fun to make! Vanilla cake with raspberry filling, covered in fondant, which was airbrushed to look like crust, covered in red buttercream for sauce, fondant cheese and pepperoni. For the cheese, I just used some marshmallow fondant, that was a bit hard, and grated it. For the pepperoni, cut circles from "hot dog" colored fondant, thinned edges to get the curly look, then airbrushed red, dabbed with paper towels to speckle it, and airbrushed brown on the edges.

Snickers Cake
This cake was totally decadent! Chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream filling with pieces of Snickers cut up, a layer of caramel, covered in chocolate buttercream. Wrapper was chocolate fondant, and the exposed part of the chocolate was covered in chocolate ganache. The bite portion I used a little buttercream to represent the nougat, and a little piping gel as the caramel. (The real caramel just dripped down.)

Rock Climbing Cake
This cake has two 8" square chocolate layers, another 8" vanilla layer, and a 6" vanilla layer, carved into the hill/mountain shape. Covered in fondant, with fondant figure and rocks. This was a lot of fun to make, but a little time-consuming! Thanks to rebadooba for the inspiration!

Dr. Seuss Grinch Cake
This cake was inspired by a picture the customer sent to me from Jacques Fine European Pastries' website. The customer's family always has a "Who" feast on Christmas, and wanted a cake with the feel from The Grinch who Stole Christmas. The bottom tier is 3 layers, carved, and iced in buttercream. The top tier is 3 layers, carved into the hill shape, and iced in buttercream. Both tiers were topped with fondant "snow", and the lamp posts were made from fondant on lollipop sticks, and the balls were fondan wires stuck in them. This cake was a lot of fun to make!
