4-6" tall tiers. Top and 3rd tiers are chocolate, 2nd & 4th are french vanilla. All covered with buttercream. The roses are gumpaste. This was the biggest cake I have ever made. I thought I might have a heart attack putting it all together at the venue. Glad it's over! Thanks for looking!

New Year's Eve Wedding
I made this cake for a New Year's Eve wedding. It is 14-10-6 with almost 200 royal icing flowers. I saw tons of flaws. The triple strings were pretty difficult. This was the first time I did a cake with drop strings! Please let me know what you think. It is based off a cake in one of the Wilton wedding cake books. Thanks for looking!
