This was my first wedding cake in all foundant. Very simple second wedding. Top, lemon w/ raspberry filling, middle choc with choc/amaretto filling, bottom WASC with buttercream. Bride was very happy and to be honest, so was I.

Last year I did his baby shower cake. Yellow cake with buttercream icing. I tried to match the napkin that was given to me.
6" and" 10 squares were french vanilla with buttercream filling and the 8" was lemon with raspberry filling (my first and sooo yummy). This was for my mother in laws 60th birthday. A huge surprise.
This cake is for two co-workers who are leaving my department at work. Chocolate cake, chocolate butter cream, ganache and dipped strawberries. This cake had many "firsts" for me. It was not hard to do. I've always wanted to try this and since I was basically told to do what evere I wanted, I figured it was time to try. I sure hope they like it!

This sheet cake, half chocolate, half white, butter cream icing. For my brothers 36th birthday. He has drove the # 36 race car at our local dirt track for over 13 years. Big suprise party. This is cake #2 of 2. I made the white chocolate cars and then detailed them just a bit and added car nubmers from his racing class. I can't wait to see his face!
