Bunnies for some Easter baskets. NFSC with fondant and hand drawn face. My bunnies sufferred from a little bit of middle age spread in the hips. LOL!
Made this before I knew about dowels and using a cakeboard under the top cake when stacking. I just covered both cakes in fondant and put the smaller cake on the top and attempted cornelli lace. The cake was a hit with all the people there who did not know any better. LOL!! It is an Almond Semolina cake - 12 inch and 8 inch.
Brought this cake to a luncheon organised to catch up with family and friends. Choc cake with buttercream icing. Not quite sure what I was trying to achieve with the swirls and dots but did it anyway. LOL!!

Cake for my daughter's best friend's birthday. Had lots of problems with the bag handle. I made four and they all broke because they did not harden properly due to the humidity. Made another 2 and one broke. Placed the last one on the cake and took my photo. When I came back, it had fallen over and broke into three pieces!!!!!!!
Chocolate cake with buttercream icing. Unfortunately, because yesterday was soooo hot, the icing started to melt and sag.

Made this for a Grade 5 teacher who was leaving our school to teach pre-schoolers. Hand shaped cookies with alphabet and numbers 0-9 written on them as she would be teaching that to the kids.

My first attempt at NFSC with Antonio74's icing. Did not get the icing consistency correct and result was not so good.
This was for Olivia's 6th birthday. Had a lot of trouble with the facial features - was really scary looking. Ended up using a photo of her for the face.
