My First Attempt At A Pumpkin Cake

this cake was a combo 17yr old bday cake and halloween cake, It is two fluted yellow cakes turned upside on one another. I then baked a chocolate cake and carved two "plugs" for the holes left by the fluted pans. After smoothing the orange bc I carved the face out with a knife. I then filled the eyes,nose, and mouth with a yellow bc. It wasn't easy but it sure was fun. And everyone loved it so that made it easier to decide to move on to the next cake....LOL thanks for looking! Kevin

Lowrider Truck

So my second cake...and first carved cake was an attempt at a lowrider truck that my 5yr old son wanted. The carving was fun! I had some issues with the crusting bc that I made...but I figured out what happened!

First Mmf Attempt

This is my very first cake, so I decided to try to make and use some MMF for the first time. Turned out better than I had expected it to....but was WAY harder than I had anticipated!! The kids loved it so that makes is a success for me.
