This is the third time I have made gumpaste roses. Please feel free to pick them apart. I think they are getting better, but being the perfectionist that I am I know there is always room for improvement. If you see anything that I should have done differently please let me know. Thanks.
I did not really like the "design" of this one with the sheet cake and the pillars, but the bride knew exactly she wanted. I was really happy with the end result though. It is still not my favorite that I have done, but i don't dislike it either.
