This was all bettercreme - in a Hawaiian lei type format. It held it's shape incredibly well.

My boss is severely allergic to any red food dye - so that means no pink, no purple, no red, no orange. Limiting! So this is what I came up with.
Wilton Marguerite cookie cutter, blue, yellow and white royal, large leaf tip, glued ribbons on back with royal icing.
Green buttercream, all buttercream decoration.
Several different egg cookies for an order.
Chocolate cake is hard to decorate sometimes. I usually go for neon colors and always a shot of white to spark it up a bit.
