Alice In Wonderland
My entry in the annual cake show this year in Pensacola. The theme was "Fairy Tales" and I made Alice In Wonderland. It didn't place but I was still pleased with it. 6", 9", 12" and 15" dummy layers with a carved out 6" for the hat on top. All fondant decorations with some gumpaste.
Tuxedo Groom's Cake
12" chocolate heart-shaped cake filled and iced with cream cheese buttercream then covered with chocolate Pettinice fondant. Real rosebud on lapel to blend with wedding cake.
Red Roses Wedding Cake
6", 8", 10" and 14" Italian Creme cake layers iced and filled with cream cheese buttercream. Satin ribbon and real roses.
Basketweave Birthday Cake
Oval vanilla cake filled and iced with buttercream. Gumpaste flowers ordered online.
Chocolate cake iced and filled with chocolate buttercream. "Golf green" covered with fondant. Fondant golf balls and flag. "Sand" is light brown sugar mixed with white sugar.

Beach Chair Wedding Cake
7", 9" and 12" yellow cake tiers iced and filled with buttercream. 9" filled with raspberry filling. Wooden beach chairs purchased online. White chocolate seashells dusted with super pearl and navy blue dusts. White satin ribbon.
Wow Wow Wubbzy
5" and 8" vanilla cake layers filled and iced with buttercream. Wubbzy on top - 100% gumpaste (hand made). Fondant detail work. 3rd year in a row making birthday cakes for this special little customer.
Vanilla cake iced with buttercream then covered with fondant. All fondant detail work. Edible 3mm pearl earrings and necklace. Sugar cube covered with fondant for "gift". Arms tied together with dental floss. First doll cake I've made without the "pleats". Still fun!

Seashell Wedding Cake
6", 8", 10" and 14" traditional white wedding cake layers iced with ivory buttercream. Ivory fondant seashells and purple satin ribbon. Square 4" glass vase separating tiers filled with real shells. Inspiration from one of helipops beautiful creations.
6', 9', 12" and 15" yellow cakes layers filled and iced with buttercream. Very fun cake! Tried my best to duplicate the original wedding cake (shown in photo) for a 50th wedding anniversary. Gold edible pearls and gumpaste rosebuds. They were very pleased which was so gratifying on this project.
Harley Groom's Cake
9" chocolate cake layers iced with chocolate buttercream then covered with chocolate Pettinice fondant. Tire treads hand-grooved with a gumpaste veining tool. Flames are fondant made with leaf cutters. Harley-Davidson bike on top of cake supplied by bride. Fun cake for a groom's cake!
