Blue And Sivler Winter Wedding
I made this for my son’s wedding! I love how it turned out. First time using Swiss meringue buttercream on a large cake. I made the flowers using wafer paper . I had fun learning how to use Silverleaf a little bit more on this cake . The ruffled rosettes are also done in Swiss meringue buttercream.

Bucky Badger Wisconsin Birthday Cake
This cake kept me up until 2 AM last night! I made it for a very special lady-she is a huge Wisconsin fan and about the best teacher you could ever have! Flowers are wafer paper and the middle tier is done with wafer paper. The W and Bucky are edible images. Thanks for looking!

Halloween Forest Cake
I made this for my daughters 16th birthday. Her birthday is super close to Halloween so we always do a Halloween theme but usually it's cutesy. This year she wanted something more grown up. She showed me a picture of a cake and this is my take on it. Lots of fun to make- all hand painted except for chocolate trees for added depth.

Wafer Paper Rose Blue Ombré Cake
This cake had a lot of firsts for me. It was my first time making wafer paper flowers. It was my first time using swiss meringue buttercream. It was my first time using silverleaf. It was my first time making a ruffled rosette out of buttercream. I need to keep working on the new techniques but I love them!
