Someone gave me a picture of a cake created by Rock Cakes, "slean" here on Cake Central and asked me to copy it. It is not nearly as good as slean's cake but I did my best. All edible, gumpaste roses.

I made this for my daugher's wedding. She wanted Lambeth style. It took a lot of time but I was pleased with the result.
I won first place in my category at Cake Fest in Lafayette this past February. This was my first competition cake so I was so excited! This cake is covered in fondant and decorated Lambeth style in royal icing with piped royal icing violets.

This is a carved cake that I saw on Pinterest. I don't know who the original designer was but I just loved the way the pathway went down the cake. It is covered in sugar sprinkles to look like snow with store bought figures. I made this for an Icing Smiles cake for twin girls.
