Officer's Groom's Cake
Groom's cake for a guy who was a police officer. They didn't have any ideas and wanted me to just come up with something so I asked the couple to take a pic of him arresting her. After the picture was taken, I placed a blinking light on the cake next to the radio that flashed red and blue lights like a cop car's cherry lights. It ws a hit!

Gold Scrolls
The bride came to me with a picture cut from a magazine, so if anyone knows who the orignal belongs to, I would be more than happy to list where we got the design from. The orignal had sugar roses that where much smaller, there was another tier at the very bottom, and the gold scrolled pattern was a bit different than what I ended up with. BC with royal icing scrolls painted in gold luster dust. Gold paper ribbon. Plain white and chocolate cake. silk roses.

Bachelorette Party. Pearl Whip
This was for my sister's bachelorette's party. This was as naughty as I was going to get since we all where in a public place. The pearl whip I found at a local "adult toy" shop. This was what gave me the inspiration for the cake. The cake read, " Every classy bride owns a nice set of pearls." The back side said "Congrats (her name)." It was a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing airbrushed red. Her bridal colors where red and black so I used these and it ended up quite naughty and sexy looking!

Baby's Blessing
This cake was made for a friend who came with a photo from www.pinkcakebox.com. But she wanted BC instead of fondant and the cross and dots were changed along with the initals. First time trying the "Melvira Method." Still would have liked the corners to be more rounded. More practice needed. The cross was fun but hard to do symmetrically---it's painted in silver sparkle dust on top of just plain white icing. First time with a fondant bow also. Next time I'll make it thinner and try a gathered look.
