Gold Scrolls
The bride came to me with a picture cut from a magazine, so if anyone knows who the orignal belongs to, I would be more than happy to list where we got the design from. The orignal had sugar roses that where much smaller, there was another tier at the very bottom, and the gold scrolled pattern was a bit different than what I ended up with. BC with royal icing scrolls painted in gold luster dust. Gold paper ribbon. Plain white and chocolate cake. silk roses.

I think its very very nice and the scrolls are wonderful, but i think if you just make the flower smaller well be better :) Thank you for sharing
The cake is beautiful!! I think I saw the scroll design in one of Mich Turner's books, but I'd have to go to go look it up to make sure. I have tons of patterns. I know there were patterns in the book to show how to measure and make the scrolls line up for each different size layer, and yours look excellent!!
