The cake is a 3/4 sheet dairy-free chocolate cake with dairy-free icing. I had a lot of trouble with the EI, due to the special butter that was needed for the FBCT icing. SO, I hand-sketched it last-minute and filled it in. I was soooooo pleased with how well it turned out. :) TFL!
6", 9" & 12" round marble cake layers with cream cheese filling, vanilla butter cream icing and fondant overlay. Entire cake is dusted with super pearl. Fresh, lavender roses complete the design. I hope that the couple is pleased. She chose the cake from my site. The only change was the color of the roses. TFL!
This WAS a 1/2 sheet french vanilla with french vanilla bc. Thankfully, I took a picture before loading it into the car...why? I dropped it!!! Ugh! Decorations are bc and silver dragees. Entire cake is dusted with super pearl. TFL!

This cake was so much fun to do! 6" milk chocolate raspberry marble with vanilla bc filling; 8" and 10" vanilla almond with vanilla bc. All bc icing dusted with super pearl. White chocolate snowflakes also dusted with super pearl. White edible glitter sprinkled over the entire cake as well. Groom loved his police badge cake, too! Many people just ask for "masculine colored roses" for a cake for a man. So when a customer wanted me do a cake for her husband like one that she'd found on another bakery's web site, I jumped at it! Cake is 6" and 8" vanilla pound cake with french vanilla butter cream and MMF accents. TFL.
I was so very happy with the end result of this cake!!! 6" strawberry; 8" vanilla; 10" milk chocolate. All filled and iced with vanilla butter cream and covered in MMF and MMF draping. Alternating layers of scroll work and tri-dots. Entire cake is dusted with super pearl dust and white sparkle dust. Once I got the roses in place, it really took shape. TFL.
Dimensions are 28" base, 24", 20", 16" and 12" topper.
This poor bride came to me 2 weeks ago...her cake decorator basically *refused* to meet with her. So, long story short, she contracted me to complete her vision. The cake is a 6" french vanilla with milk chocolate bc filling; 8" pumpkin with cream cheese and a 10" red velvet with cream cheese filling. This cake is for a jewelry party tonight. The lady hosting ordered this cake for the lady actually doing the party for her bd. Cake is a 10" dl vanilla round with vanilla bc. Cake is a 6" and 9" confetti round with french vanilla bc. Cake is covered in hot pink fondant. Hello Kitty, bow, banner, number and daisies are also MMF. I added pearls on wires for a finishing touch. Entire cake and all decorations are dusted with super pearl and white sparkle dust. TFL! :)
This cake kept me up most of the night...with nightmares! It was for an outdoor wedding, with temps in the upper 90s today! Cake is 6" and 10" milk chocolate with cream cheese and raspberry preserves filling; 8" and 12" raspberry cake with milk chocolate and cream cheese filling. Bride wanted ivory and chocolate brown colors, scrollwork and monogram. This was what I came up with. TFL!!!

Ok, fondant was NOT my friend today. I'm thinking that the heat and humidity played a part, as I've NEVER had this much trouble before. So, this is a 6"; 8" and 10" square french vanilla cake with vanilla bc. Cake is covered in MMF. Decorations are a mix of cm's; fondant and bc. Bows ended up being made by my sister...my gumpaste was still not set...after 3 days! Humidity? Anyway, this cake was inspired by a cake from a fellow CC member. Forgive me, I saved this prior to noting the artist's name.
This cake was a TON of work, but the end result was well worth it. Definitely one of my all-time favorites so far. 6" strawberry with strawberry preserves filling; 8" lemon with raspberry preserves filling; 10" caramel vanilla with peanut butter BC filling; 12" raspberry/choc. marble with milk chocolate and raspberry preserves filling. Entire cake was covered and decorated with a pale pink, raspberry BC. Thanks for letting me share with you!
This is a 1/4 sheet vanilla almond sour cream pound cake with the cart also being carved from a 1/4 sheet of the same flavor cake. Icing is vanilla butter cream. Golf ball and club are molded from fondant and dusted with super pearl and the club with nu-silver. Customer was very happy with this one. TFL! :)
This is in my top 3 most requested cakes this summer. I don't even want to think about how many of these I've made in the past several months. LOL. Cake is confetti flavor with vanilla butter cream. Spiderman is an FBCT. I thought that the added web across the sides added a nice touch. Spiderweb cookies were also added by the customer.
I carved this from a 1/4 sheet vanilla cake. Icing is vanilla butter cream. I went over the royal blue outline with super pearl and sprinkled white, edible glitter all over. Thanks for looking!
Cake is a 6" RV and 9" vanilla with butter cream icing. All daisies, tag, balls and bow are all fondant. I had such a ball making this cake. I've received two orders (from this similar design* just since posting it on Saturday to my website. Humidity started getting to the bottom layer, but all in all, I'm happy with it. This cake was for a surprise 80th bd party to be given later today. The cake is a 6" and 8" french vanilla with vanilla butter cream. The entire cake is covered in fondant. Bow, daisies, and other decorations are all fondant. Entire cake and all decorations have been dusted with super pearl. The butterflies are leftovers from a wedding that I recently did, and they added a perfect finishing touch. I hope the recipient likes it. Thanks for letting me share my cake with you! :)
This is one of two cakes that I made as "samples" for local offices yesterday. I had great comments on both and took several orders from each. Yeah! The cake was a 1/2 sheet marble with vanilla butter cream. Candy melt, molded seashells dusted in super pearl. "Sand" is brown sugar. Borders were also dusted with super pearl. I also sprinkled the entire cake with white, edible glitter. Thanks for looking!
