So this cake was massive, it was a 2, 12" round that were 4" tall stacked to make this massive hat. I made up the menu so I could add the Grads name under the "Executive Chef" title.

This is a Hot dot cake that was made to look like a painted done by a Nor.California artist named Wayne Theibaud who would paint pictures of food. For the event I made 2 hotdogs and a "styro cake" to look like a hamburger.

I digitally removed the lucy from this picture because my boss made her and did a very very bad job doing it. This barrel is something I'm pretty proud of, I made the woodgrain in the fondant with a toothpick and then washed several shades of brown to give it the old wood look.
Cheesecake never looked so good! These are just tempred chocolate tiles that we broke apart and pieced together in a mosaic. We piped the boarder with ganache.
I made this for my pastry chef's grandma. She loved it so much she cut the head of and put it in a large glass cheese dome then set it in the fridge.
