Lavender /purple Wedding

I have just returned from setting up this cake for a wedding that's taking place today. A three tiered cake iced with buttercream and decorated with royal icing flowers and silk flowers at the base. Each tier is a different flavored caked consisting of yellow pound cake, lavender marble cake and carrot cake. This is my second wedding cake.

Barbie Doll Cake

I made this cake today. It's a yellow cake using one of the older barbie pans. It orignally came with a layon for the face part. I didn't have one so used fondant and using the back of the baking pan I moded the face,arms and bodice. I was pleased how it came out and the customer loved it,

Cars Movie Thems

A plain cake decorated in buttercream icing, the car design and logo were copied from a picture and place on cake using piping gel, it was then outlined with icing and filled in with the # 14 star tip, the race track was sprayed with Wilton's color mist.

My Daughter's Wedding Cake

This is the final product of all the the practicing I've been doing. I'm very pleased how it all came out. It is a 4 tiered cake, the bottom tier is yellow pound cake followed by a white cake and the upper 2 tiers are chocolate cakes.

First Fondant Covered Cake

This is a two layer French Vanilla cake with lilac marble,covered with Marshmallow Fondant. I'm very pleased with how it came out. Instead of the regular marshmallows, I used the marshmallow fluff and just added the confectioners sugar to it, did not need to microwave

an assortment of gumpaste flower sprays, Sprays include roses, calla lilly, jasmine, violets, impatients, lily of the valley. First time trying gumpaste flowers, quite please with how they came out, now i've put them all together before packing in boxes to store. I will be using some of these flowers arrangements for my daughters wedding cake
