I was contacted by a company about doing a cake for an employee that finally got her Canadian citizenship. This is what they asked for. Chocolate cake with raspberry preserves, IMBC, choc. dipped strawberries and edible image.

Vanilla cake, chocolate BC filling, WBH icing, gumpaste bow and frog prince. The customer requested this cake (75 yr. old man? - it looks pretty feminine to me?) I was told that he liked to fish and had a frog pond he was well known for, so I couldn't resist putting the frog prince on the side of the board. Thanks to tuggy for the frog inspiration. And I have to say ... bows are a pain to put together! If anyone has any tips besides the tutorial here, please fill me in. Thanks for looking!
I was looking forward to this cake .... unfortunately it didn't turn out the way I was hoping. It was filled with caramel and the paint can filling started buldging (after damming) and the cake leaning forward - it was dowelled right through the entire cake so I didn't think it would fall over. This is vanilla caramel cake with caramel filling and WBH BC. Fondant accents and edible image 'paint label'.

Another one of princess cakes ... running out of creative ideas for 8" round princess cakes! If anyone has and ideas that would work on a non-crusting BC please let me know!!!

Laguna Beach edible image, white chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse filling, blue WBH outside. Made chocolates, fondant towels and drink umbrellas ... sand is graham cracker crumbs. This was the cake that has given me the MOST trouble, everthing went wrong with, but I'm happy with the way it finally turned out.

A dad from school ordered this cake for his wife with absolutely no direction except for the shape and chocolate!!! Don't you hate that!!! So this is what I came up with and filled it with cookies and cream. Let's hope she likes it!
