I made this cake for a colleague who was having a low key wedding with about 20 guests and a jazz band playing during the reception. I modelled the Jaz players from fondant icing. The roses are fondent too. I secured the jazz players with icing and also used cocktail sticks to support them as they were travelling some distance.

I made this cake for my colleagues son and daughter in law after they were let down by their cake maker at the last minute. It took hundreds of sugarpaste rosebuds and lots of summer blossom to create this cake. They were so happy with it.
This is a cake that I made for my son in law on his and my daughters wedding day. It was made with coffee an vanilla chequered sponge put together with butter cream and then iced with fondant icing.
This is the cake I made for my daughters wedding. It is made with chocolate cake layers with orange marmalade and chocolate ganache in between. The cakes were then covered with ganache and chocolate shards covered the sides. It was served as a desert with berries and creme fraiche.
