Baby Shower Cake
Made this cake as part of my gift for a dear friend's baby shower. I must thank carrielynnfields for her cake that inspired me. I LOVED the little baby on top of hers and just had to try it! Cake is iced in bc and decorated with mmf accents. I had wanted to cover the whole cake with mmf, but didn't have enough to cover a 10" and a 6"...at least I didn't think I did... it was 11:00 at night... didn't want to try and then have to go back and do it again!!!!! Thanks for looking!

Zoo Cake For The Fair
here's my zoo cake for the fair. it's a replica of the one i made for my dd's 2nd b-day. it's a bit bigger then the original. i iced it in spackle and royal icing. the animals are from my dd's cake! wafers for the fence and trees, some fondant accents.... picture's not centered well... taken in haste before we flew out the door to get the cakes to the fair by the deadline! Whew!

First Fondant Wedding Cake
this is my entry for the county fair. i figure it's ok to post it now since the judging was this morning. 12", 10", 8", 6", 4" (all dummies) all covered in fondant with fondant flowers. never covered a cake in fondant before - can't believe how easy it was to use! of course, this cake was fake, so real cake might be different! thanks to MelissaRHK for her inspiring burgundy shaded cake!
